A stop-motion speedy hedgehog?
Like us, you’ve probably been watching all manner of Holiday movie this past month, with the classic Rankin/Bass stop-motion specials a huge part of the rotation. Rudolph! Santa! Other ones! SEGA has a new Sonic movie on the way, obviously, so they’re getting into the spirit with a promotional stop-motion video of their own.
In “A Very Sonic Christmas” the trio of heroes meet Santa, who has not twisted his ankle and needs a team to deliver the presents. But wait! Shadow is also here. How will it end? Check out the short clip, which includes the actual voice cast of the movie, below.
Sonic the Hedgehog 3 is out in theatres later this month. It’s not stop-motion, tho. Bummer.
