Sony’s annual September State of Play is back for 2024

The Tokyo Game Show kickoff for PlayStation takes place tomorrow

It’s September, and the annual showcases are here for Tokyo Game Show. As is tradition, Sony likes to kick things off with a State of Play dedicated to their PlayStation 5 (and now Pro, too). The company announced the event on their blog, with the stream taking place tomorrow, September 24th at 3PM PDT/6PM EDT/11PM BST. The shows will air on the company’s YouTube and Twitch accounts.

The video will run about 30 minutes and feature updates and reveals of 20 games. While the exact details haven’t been told, we can expect updates on LEGO Horizon, along with a potentially leaked remasters of Horizon Zero Dawn and Days Gone. Maybe we’ll even get Resident Evil 9!

But we definitely won’t get a Bloodborne remaster. Eat it, fanatics.
