Bokeh Game Studio’s Slitterhead has a release date. The game, from Silent Hill creator Keiichiro Toyama, puts paranormal horror at its core. The game features action in which players will (try to) take on strange monsters that are terrorizing the streets of a Chinese city. COOL. Bloody, gross stuff that rips out of humans. ALSO COOL.
Players will take control of a bodiless entity that can hop from human host to human host, seemingly inheriting their abilities to battle the demons.
Action horror is a fun genre, because yes we can get spooked, but the gory fun is where we really start to let our (bloody) hair down.
Slitterhead arrive on Xbox Series, PS4, PS5, and PC on November 8, 2024.
