LEGO Horizon Adventures is a surprising announcement at Summer Game Fest — if you didn’t see all of the leaks and rumors floating around about the project. The game takes Horizon, a typically somber, dramatic, serious series and flips it into something much more comedic. Aloy cracks jokes here. She’s just as talkative, but she’s at least funny.
The game will take her and a co-op partner around the semi-familiar future world, battling the robo-dinos and robo-mammals that rule the plains and forests. Guerrilla and Studio Gobo are developing for a holiday 2024 release across PlayStation, PC and Switch (no Xbox, apparently).
