Samus heads into a world BEYOND out expectations
During today’s Nintendo Direct, the company blew our minds and not only acknowledged Metroid Prime 4, but also ANNOUNCED A FRIGGIN’ RELEASE FOR NEXT YEAR.
The game, officially titled Metroid Prime 4: Beyond, will follow Samus onto a new world, and will act as both the hunter and the hunted, from what the tantalizing new trailer shows us.
The planet looks lush, the enemies look fierce, the morph ball looks ballin’, and the scanning looks like scanning — this is a Metroid Prime game, and we’re here for it.
Well, we WILL be here for it when Metroid Prime 4: Beyond launches in 2025 for the Nintendo Switch — and probably for the Switch 2, because you’ll want to capitalize on that sweet, sweet cross-gen magic.
