IT’S TIME. PAX East is almost here, and that means we can soon get together again for a truly fun time! Once again we have THE LIST of events taking place in and around the show, from after-parties to concerts to meetups and more. Want to find something to do when you’re done on the show floor? Want to mingle with some great people and hear great music? This is where to find it all! We’re constantly curating our list, so come back often!

As always, it will be located in the lobby bar of the Westin right next to the Convention Center. Come and share some drink with us and if that’s not your cup of…beer, then come enjoy the company of like-minded nerds to enjoy some conversations with. Don’t worry, we don’t bite. We hope to see you all join us and we get ready to celebrate PAX East 2024!!

  • The Pokecrawl Episode 15: Crystal Crawling for Charity!

  • Info: Facebook | It’s our 15th year and we are ready to PARTY! We are fundraising for Child’s Play at PAX East and celebrating our birthday! We will be, once again, heading out to Faneuil Hall to Pub Crawl and fundraise for one night! So get your best Pokemon gear or costumes and prepare your wallets! Every hour you will change bars and go face to face with another team, the goal is to be the best team and raise the most for charity. The evening will include themed drinks, an evening themed around Pokemon: Crystal and meeting new friends! Auction items will be available and our volunteers will have a list of items for sale, all benefits go to the charity.
  • Gaymer Trivia: PAX East Edition
  • Time: 8-11PM
  • Location: The Alley Bar, 14 PI Alley, Boston, MA 02108

  • Info: Bring a team and come compete in what will surely be some intense gaming themed trivia. Or just stop by and socialize with other LGBT+ con-goers and allies after a long day. Prize TBD. Things to note: The venue is also accessible for Handicapable Persons — there is a lift located within the bar that can be used to transport to the second floor area. Parking available (purchase ahead)
  • Thursday Night Concert feat. Pink Navel and Chipzel presented by Mountain Dew

  • Info: The first night of PAX East 2024 ends on a high note (GET IT?!). Home state hero Pink Navel takes the main stage for the very first time! Last year, they released an outstanding hip hop album How to Capture Playful that’s a must listen for fans of video games, hip hop or, like, any kind of music. That’s you, right? They are sure to bring plenty of cuts from that album and their entire discography when they are rocking the BCEC. Also making their debut: Chipzel!

  • Info: Once again Fallout cosplayers at PAX East are invited to get together for photos. This will be on the main showroom floor, all the way at the back wall behind the board game section. There are two meetups, Friday and Saturday. We always meet up in the same place so we can take our time, come up with fun shoots, and meet one another. ALL FALLOUT COSPLAYERS WELCOME!

  • Twitch Boston PAX After Party 2024

  • Info: WEBSITE | Twitch Boston PAX After Party is back again this year and we’re at Candibar! Come party with us! We have a HELLA special gust DJ this year….but right now it’s hush hush. There will be a photo booth to remember the night by. *IRL streaming of the event is allowed. 21+ ID’s checked at the door and please have your emailed QR code ready.
  • PAX’s 20th Anniversary Concert feat. Videri String Quartet, Insaneintherain, Dom Palombi’s Game Night! presented by Mountain Dew

  • Info: For nearly two decades, the PAX concert series has dozens of performances from a variety of different genres. Like gaming itself, the series has been vast, unexpected, and delightful. Its truly a joy to feel the rumble of the music through the floor and to see so many of you dancing in the crowd. In celebration of our past and a look to the future, we’re thrilled to bring back some old friends (Videri String Quartet and Insaneintherain) and some new ones (Dom Palombi’s Game Night!) to take you on a journey of gaming history. This massive concert will also feature some beloved guests making special appearances, including 88Bit, Mega Ran, and Jer (of Skatune Network). Rock on, Boston!
