Give our Princess the respect she deserves
Super Princess Peach is a decidedly underappreciated game on the DS — it’s just terrific, and fun. But even though it had a lot going for it, there hasn’t been a solo game for the character since then. Now, with Mario Fever at a high pitch, and Princess Peace being one of the scene-stealing stars of the Super Mario Bros Movie, Nintendo revealed that it’s finally time to give the star her next adventure.
The as-yet-untitled game looks to put the Princess on a stage, literally, as she explores and battles enemies in a 2D platformer in a theater-like setting. There’s not much known about the game, or even if it’s a sequel to SPP, but it’s not due until next year, so we’ll find out more then. Probably?
Give her the crown! (or the shiny star flower, at least)
