Demons and teens, let’s go for another dance
Atlus used the Xbox Games Showcase today to reveal its newest project, Metaphor: ReFantazio. The game sets players in a heavy anime romp through a world that’s battling against the crumbling of reality, parallel worlds and… demons? Yeah, probably.
If you’re thinking “gosh this looks like Persona” we’ll have I got something to tell you: it’s by the same developers! Studio Zero is behind this project, and it’s borrowing heavy inspiration from the legacy of that series to forge something new. With great visuals and great a wild UI, I think they’re on the right track.
Metaphor: ReFantazio will launch exclusively for Xbox Series X/S and PC in 2024.
