It’s Wild West pixel noir and it’s coming next year

At Nintendo’s Indie World showcase event today, the company debuted the first trailer for Gunbrella. The upcoming game from Doinksoft and Devolver Digital takes place in a future with scarce resources and badass weapons.

It’s mix of a few genres, designed as a 2D action game (using the gun-umbrella!) with aspects of adventure games (interrogating towns folk!) and resource management.

Gunbrella launches on PC & Switch in 2023.
