High sci-fi in the High Republic
The first game set in the High Republic era of the Star Wars universe has been announced. Star Wars Eclipse has been revealed at tonight’s Game Awards, developed by Quantic Dream and published by Lucasfilm Games.
The game seems to be par for the Quantic Dream course, as it will star multiple characters with branching and intertwining paths.
Here’s the info from Quantic Dream:
“WEAVE A TAPESTRY OF INTERLACED DESTINIES See the galaxy through the eyes of an ensemble cast of multiple, charismatic playable characters, each with their own morality, personality, motivations, and impact upon each other and the story at large.”
There’s no release date yet, but the game sure does look nice.
