That’s “big” with a capital BIG.
After years of waiting, plenty of delays, and a lot of work, it’s finally time to jump back into the body of Master Chief and the world of Halo. Halo: Infinite is set to be released next week, and with it comes the most open world structure yet in the series. Featuring Chief up to his old antics, the game will focus on the battle with his most brutal foe yet, who aims to rest control of a dormant Ring for probably galactic domination or something.
The game will feature new weapons to fire, new vehicles to pilot, and the new grappling hook — which is hella fun to mess around with in the recently-released Halo: Infinite free-to-play multiplayer.
To keep us in the hype, 343’s commissioned a live action trailer as well, which you can watch below.
It’s worth noting that playing the campaign thus far won’t unlock anything within the multiplayer, so you don’t have to worry about missing out on any special gear just yet. Halo: Infinite hits Xbox, PC, and Game Pass on December 8th.
