The Marvel X-Com game is real
Rumored for several months now, and seemingly originally slated for an E3 reveal, 2K and Marvel have finally announced Midnight Suns, the tactical “X-Com styled” Marvel superheroes game. The game, taking off of the Midnight Sons storyline from the comics, will see Ghost Rider, Doctor Strange, Wolverine, Blade, and more as they battle Lilith. Resurrected by Hydra, the demon queen may be unbeatable, if it wasn’t for her also-resurrected daughter “The Hunter” which players will customize on their own.
The cinematic trailer above shows the first taste of the team, while first gameplay of the tactical RPG will be revealed on September 1st.
Marvel Midnight Suns comes to Xbox, PlayStation, Switch, and PC in March 2022.
