We don’t even know what the multiplayer is, but now we know what it isn’t
After a rumor/leak earlier in the day based on a (now deleted) listing on UK retailer Smyths, Microsoft has announced that Halo Infinite‘s multiplayer will be going free-to-play. This is a big change to the series, which always required purchases of the full game to access the multiplayer portion.
As noted, the game will play at an astounding 120 FPS on the Series X. The company will reveal more at a later date.
