Cites challenge developing during COVID
Just last month, Bungie unveiled the next chapters of Destiny, kicking off with the Beyond Light expansion for Destiny 2. Now, the company has announced a delay to that plan.
Citing the ongoing pandemic and the development issues wherein, the company will be pushing back the launch of Beyond Light to November 10, just shy of two months after the original September 22 initial release date.
That should put it likely around the launch of the new consoles, though that is more coincidence than plan.
Destiny 2: Beyond Light moves the battle to Europa, adds a new enemy and introduces a new element, Stasis.
