Lights, graphic, action
XIII, the graphic-novel inspired game from 2003, is getting a remake. Initially announced in 2019, delays pushed it back out of its 2019 launch timeframe into 2020, but a new gameplay trailer could at least keep fans excited until it hits shelves.
XIII stars a man (using that codename) that wakes up without a memory, on a quest to find out why he’s being pinned for murdering the President and the shadow forces behind the entire scheme. The first person action game was developed to carry over that graphic novel aesthetic, and the new remake utilizes some of the latest game engine tech to realize that even more.
The game features a full single player campaign and multiplayer modes. It’s being developed by PlayMagic and published by Microids.
The remake of XIII arrives November 10, 2020 for PS4, Xbox One, PC and Switch.
