Riot’s free to play shooter fully launches
Just when we thought things were slowing down (YEAH RIGHT!) we’re gifted a release date for Valorant. Riot Games announced the June 2 launch on a special stream, as Executive Producer Anna Donlon and Game Director Joe Ziegler took the (virtual) stage.
The current beta will stop on May 28 for those playing, to help get the final touches set for the June drop. A new stage, game mode and agent will be included — none of which were in the beta.
Valorant is a team-based looter shooter using precise aim and tactics and super powers, as Riot’s entry into the multiplayer arena space.
