Pushed back to unknown date
Game developers: don’t drink the water. Stay out of the sunlight. Wear breathing masks. Something is pushing back some of the biggest games into later in the year. That something is likely “overly aggressive initial release dates” with a sprinkling of “need to adjust launches with next gen hardware in mind” but we’re just guessing.
Techland’s Dying Light 2 is the latest game to fall victim, now being delayed out of the nebulous “Spring 2020” to an even more nebulous “later.” Word comes directly from the developer itself, who also states that “more development time” is needed to capture their vision for the game.
