Modern Warfare debuts new campaign story trailer

It’s almost time to head back into battle

Much of the Modern Warfare reboot’s media blitz has been about its many multifaceted multiplayer modes. Developer Infinity Ward has given us glimpses here and there about the campaign, but today we finally got that good, long look at it that we’ve been asking for.

The game’s Tier One special operatives take on missions that will dictate the “balance of power” of the world, but will do so in what looks like a tough and gritty environment. In fact, the game seems like it might have the “heaviest” plot in the series in a long while.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare arrives for PS4, Xbox One and PC on October 25th.
