The Red Bomber makes a return
For many fans, the Mega Man Zero series was niche. It appeared on the Gameboy Advance and DS portable devices, skipping higher end graphics for more compact play. Though on the smaller devices, it still had a strong enough following to pump out sequels.
Capcom knows that there were a lot of fans that missed out on that generation of the Mega Man series, and so they’ve decided to bring it all back in another collection. Featuring six games (four Zero and two ZX) the Mega Man Zero/ZX Legacy Collection will adapt the smaller sized games for bigger sized screens. Players will be able to choose between classic pixel visuals or a new “filtered” style, adjust the difficult, create save states, and view a massive gallery. A music player will allow fans to listen to the soundtrack at easy, and a brand new “Z Chaser” mode will bring additional difficult challenges, though those will be revealed at a later date.
The collection will arrive for Xbox One, PS4, Switch, and Steam on January 21, 2020.
