For many of us, the Game Awards aren’t so much an accurate critical selection of the year’s best games, but a fantastic time to drink.
The 2018 show has announced its nominees. The ever-shifting categories now include such fan favorites as “Best ESports Coach” and “Best ESports Moment.” So there’s that. The traditional style categories are there, too, so we can expect some good arguments over the night. The real meat of the experience aren’t the awards, but the WORLD PREMIERES that take place showing off new and upcoming games.
The Game Awards hit every platform possible on December 6. Voting is now open on the website.
