The PlayStation 2 classic is making a comeback.
Capcom is in love with remakes and remasters lately, but we can’t argue with their thinking. From collections like the Mega Man X Collection to Resident Evil 2, classic series in the company’s treasure chest are finally making an appearance.
Onimusha: Warlords, which first released in 2001, will have its visuals updated for HD screens big and small, as well as audio and soundtrack improvements. Other enhancements, like proper analog controls, the ability to switch between widescreen and 4:3 viewing, and scrolling backgrounds, will bring some modern flavor to the game.
The game arrives on January 15, 2019 on the PS4, Switch, Xbox One and PC, with a physical release only on PS4 and XB1.
