Kinect Sports: Rivals was announced this morning, along with the Xbox One’s November launch window, by the game’s executive producer, Danny Isaac, in an interview with Spike TV’s Geoff Keighley. The trailer featured real people apparently scanning cartoon versions of themselves, more realistic than the previously used Avatars, into the game. Isaac said this was one feature how the game would take advantage of the new Kinect sensor’s fidelity, which also allows for new sports like target shooting ,climbing, wave racing and others which “just were impossible in previous generations.”
