GTA V Trailer Has Skeletons In Its Closet
Rockstar released the second trailer for the upcoming release in the legendary Grand Theft Auto series, featuring a closer look at each three of the recently revealed protagonists. Michael, the narrator who just wanted to “be a dad, like all the other dads,” in the first trailer makes his return, accompanied by the extremely angry and violent Trevor, and Franklin, who seems to just be trying to make things work. What might be more interesting to long-time fans of the series, is the different shots the trailer provides of crazy activities closer to GTA San Andreas than GTA IV, like driving a jeep out of a cargo plane or shooting a helicopter with a jet fighter.

Bastion Update Adds Iphone Compatability
Bastion, one of our favorite games from last year, is getting an update to the iPad version of the game to make it a universal app for Apple devices. The 1.1 update from developer Supergiant Games adds compatibility to iPhone 5, with optimization for the Retina display, the iPhone 4S, and the 5th generation of the iPod Touch, in addition to the previously supported iPad 2, 3, 4, and mini.

The Walking Dead Stops Walking In One Week Telltale Games announced on their Twitter, that the final episode of the first season of The Walking Dead, “No Time Left”, will be releasing next Tuesday, November 20. Telltale has also previously suggested they’ll be doing more of The Walking Dead after episode five, but no word on whether or not it’ll continue to focus on Lee and company. To be honest, I can’t wait for this series to be over, in a good way. I still haven’t recovered from the Joss Whedon levels of reversing fan expectations in the third episode, I don’t know if I could handle more episodes after five!

Tom Hardy To Play Sam Fisher In Splinter Cell Film
Variety is reporting that Tom Hardy has been cast as Sam Fisher in Ubisoft’s planned film adaptation of their Splinter Cell franchise. The actor, who starred in this summer’s The Dark Knight Rises as Bane, was signed up for the film along with writer Eric Warren Singer. The project currently has no attached studio, but Variety reports Ubisoft is in talks with Warner Bros. and Paramount. Is it just me or is Hardy too young and handsome to play a gruff and grumpy guy like Sam Fisher? Sure, Michael Ironside can’t do him anymore, but nobody gave, I don’t know, Ed Harris, a call?
