If you were worried that your information was stolen last week when Sony kept you in the dark, and you quickly got a replacement card, then have no fear as Sony will cover the cost that comes with replacing a card, according to Kaz Hirai at their press conference today.
If you chose, or so choose to replace your card because of the attack, contact Sony and your financial institution for more details.
An offer like this is good will from Sony, but truthfully, it is probably less hassle to eat the $7 charge.
